Alpha Mentality Tee

It is not a title. It is a standard you hold yourself to every single day. The Alpha Mentality tee from Conquering Barbell is for the lifter who leads from the front, trains when no one is watching, and never settles for second. A roaring lion explodes from the center of the graphic, jaws open, mane wild, surrounded by a storm of ink and grit. CONQUER arches above in jagged, distressed metal lettering. ALPHA MENTALITY runs beneath the lion with the CB shield anchoring the base. The warm earth tones of tan, rust, and brown against black give this piece an untamed, battle-ready energy that commands the room.

Made on a garment-dyed heavyweight cotton tee for a broken-in feel straight out of the bag. The relaxed fit, lived-in texture, and vintage wash make it a go-to whether you are heading into a heavy session or walking out of one.

  • 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a soft, worn-in feel
  • Heavyweight construction with a relaxed, oversized fit
  • Garment dye process creates a unique vintage texture on every shirt
  • Front graphic with premium print quality
  • Classic unisex crew neck and short-sleeve cut
  • Available in black

Every order is printed after you place it. Tees, tanks and hoodies ship in 7–10 business days (after the payment clears). Flags ship in 10–14 business days (after the payment clears). Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Priority Mail shows at checkout when your order’s weight qualifies. It speeds up delivery, not printing.

To prolong the lifespan of your Conquering Barbell apparel we recommend the following care process.

  • Launder/wash cold with like colors
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry
  • If desired, steaming can be utilized to remove wrinkles; do not iron.

THE BEST brand on the market hands down. Walks the walk and talks the talk. Amazing art work and design too. Fits perfectly and just like the guy above saying they abuse the shirts in the gym, same lol.

In their words

  • “Fits the big boys.”

Really comfortable shirt for the big boys. I got the 3XL (I currently weight 305lbs standing at 6'1") and it fits perfectly. A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL. Definitely recommend Conquering Barbell and will be back to purchase more.

  • “Exceeded Expectations!”

Just received my order (3 flags & 2 tee shirts) & was genuinely surprised at how good the quality is. The flags themselves feel high quality, the black background is dark and the material feels substantial. The image on the flags is vivid & sharp with no “bleed over” at the edges of the image. The tee shirts again feel substantial. The images are sharp and vivid with a thickness to them that feels like the print will last. I ordered size L in the oversized tee’s and wasn’t sure how over sized they would be. I was pleasantly surprised that for my build they actually fit comfortably snug in the chest / back / arms & trim in the waist. (For context 5’9, 195)

All in all, the quality exceeded what I was expecting & I will absolutely be ordering again soon. . Also & important to me, Audie (the owner) was extremely responsive in answering my emails even at evening hours. Great purchase for me.

  • “One of the best clothing brands out there.”

One of the best clothing brands out there. From the design to the fit it’s the only way to go!

  • “For the Lifter, By the Lifter.”

Absolutely blown away by Conquering Barbell. The three shirts I ordered are the highest quality tees I’ve ever owned—super comfortable, great fit, and they feel built to last. The printing is hands-down the best I’ve ever seen: crisp, bold, and perfectly done with zero cheap “crack and peel” vibes. On top of that, shipping was fast and everything showed up exactly as expected.

What really sets the brand apart is that it’s for lifters, by lifters. You can tell it’s built by people who actually train. The owner, Audie, personally thanked me when he saw me training in the shirts during my powerlifting meet prep, even shared me to his story and wished me luck. That kind of genuine support and engagement is rare and speaks volumes about the culture behind the brand.

    I’ll 100% be ordering more.

  • “Outstanding quality.”

Bought this and one of the squat, press and pull shirts and they are outstanding quality. By far some of the best shirts I have bought to train in.

    Justin B.Arlington, TX

  • “No issues with length.”

Ordered the akuma XXL tank. Came out great. I’m 6,5 with a long torso and there weren’t any issues with length. Seller was responsive to my messages too.

    Blake L.Jacksonville, FL

  • “Print quality is excellent.”

Friggin awesome tee. The cotton-poly blend makes for the perfect fit and comfort. And the print quality is excellent. I will buy more tees soon.

    Roman V.Lubbock, TX

  • “Fit was fantastic.”

Very communicative and speedy response when I had a query. The tee came quickly to the uk and the fit was fantastic and very good quality cotton. The print and design is awesome. My husband loves it! As a powerlifter myself I love these niche designs! Thank you so much!
