The original program still works. The Lift Rock Eat Meat relaxed fit tee from Conquering Barbell features a caveman in animal hide hoisting a boulder overhead with a bone clenched in his teeth, meat turning on a spit over the fire and a mammoth tusk curling up behind him. LIFT ROCK. EAT MEAT runs top and bottom in cream slab lettering with a rust shadow, with CONQUERING BARBELL and CONQUER THE WEIGHTS below. Printed large across the front for lifters who keep training simple and dinner simpler.

Made on a garment-dyed heavyweight cotton tee for a broken-in feel straight out of the bag. The relaxed fit, lived-in texture, and vintage wash make it a go-to for heavy sessions, rest days, and everything between.

A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL. The flags themselves feel high quality, the black background is dark and the material feels substantial. The image on the flags is vivid & sharp with no “bleed over” at the edges of the image. The tee shirts again feel substantial. The images are sharp and vivid with a thickness to them that feels like the print will last. I ordered size L in the oversized tee’s and wasn’t sure how over sized they would be. I was pleasantly surprised that for my build they actually fit comfortably snug in the chest / back / arms & trim in the waist. (For context 5’9, 195)

I’m Audie. I compete in powerlifting, and I’ve run Conquering Barbell out of Tennessee since 2013. I design it, print it and ship it. Every shirt is printed in-house after you order. No print farm, no middlemen. If something’s wrong with your order, you’re emailing the guy who made it.
