Bring the Thunder Relaxed Fit Tee

Call down the storm. The Bring the Thunder tee from Conquering Barbell features Raijin, the Japanese god of thunder, roaring mid-strike with one fist raised to summon the lightning, a ring of taiko drums blazing behind him and storm clouds rolling below. In his other hand he grips a barbell-katana, an empty power bar broken to a razor point. BRING THE THUNDER hits in cracked, heavy lettering with the kanji 雷を呼べ (summon the thunder) running down the side. A CONQUERING BARBELL wordmark wrapped in lightning hits the left chest.

Built on a garment-dyed heavyweight cotton tee, the Bring the Thunder has a thick, lived-in feel right out of the bag that only gets better with every wash. The relaxed fit and soft vintage texture let the graphic do all the talking.

  • Garment-dyed heavyweight cotton for a soft, worn-in feel from day one
  • Relaxed fit with a vintage texture that improves with every wash
  • Pre-shrunk fabric for a consistent fit after every wash
  • Large back graphic with a small left-chest print
  • Classic unisex crew neck and short-sleeve cut
  • Printed to order in-house in Tennessee
  • Available in Black

Every order is printed after you place it. Tees, tanks and hoodies ship in 7–10 business days (after the payment clears). Flags ship in 10–14 business days (after the payment clears). Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Priority Mail shows at checkout when your order’s weight qualifies. It speeds up delivery, not printing.

To prolong the lifespan of your Conquering Barbell apparel we recommend the following care process.

  • Launder/wash cold with like colors
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry
  • If desired, steaming can be utilized to remove wrinkles; do not iron.

THE BEST brand on the market hands down. Walks the walk and talks the talk. Amazing art work and design too. Fits perfectly and just like the guy above saying they abuse the shirts in the gym, same lol.

In their words

  • “Fits the big boys.”

Really comfortable shirt for the big boys. I got the 3XL (I currently weight 305lbs standing at 6'1") and it fits perfectly. A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL. Definitely recommend Conquering Barbell and will be back to purchase more.

  • “Exceeded Expectations!”

Just received my order (3 flags & 2 tee shirts) & was genuinely surprised at how good the quality is. The flags themselves feel high quality, the black background is dark and the material feels substantial. The image on the flags is vivid & sharp with no “bleed over” at the edges of the image. The tee shirts again feel substantial. The images are sharp and vivid with a thickness to them that feels like the print will last. I ordered size L in the oversized tee’s and wasn’t sure how over sized they would be. I was pleasantly surprised that for my build they actually fit comfortably snug in the chest / back / arms & trim in the waist. (For context 5’9, 195)

All in all, the quality exceeded what I was expecting & I will absolutely be ordering again soon. . Also & important to me, Audie (the owner) was extremely responsive in answering my emails even at evening hours. Great purchase for me.

  • “I love every single one of them.”

I want to start by saying that Audie is awesome with great customer service. I love the quality of the prints and the shirts. I’ve purchased literally a total 35 t-shirts and 1 hoodie from Conquering Barbell (multiple separate orders), and I love every single one of them, no issues whatsoever. People don’t understand that as a 1-man operation taking care of everything it may take a little longer than usual, but definitely the wait is worth it. Love your brand and it’s definitely my #1 choice when buying t-shirts inspired by powerlifting. For sure WILL continue supporting this brand 🔥

    Carlos F.

  • “Shirt fits perfect.”

Amazing service, shirt fits perfect. Good shirt to work out in doesn’t give at all. Stays form fitting.

    Bernieishere

  • “Great flags.”

Great flags that give my garage gym a cool atmosphere. High quality shirts that are comfy and look great

    Chip

  • “Shirt came and was perfect.”

Emailed them with questions. Audie got back to me asap. He answered all my questions and let me pick a different color that he didn’t have listed. Super appreciative of the customer service. Shirt came and was perfect. Can’t wait to wear it at the gym! High quality everything with this company!

    Michael S.

  • “Best fitting shirts.”

I ain’t gonna lie I have so many shirts in my closet I need to give stuff away to make room for more. But this brand makes the best fitting shirts I have bought ever! Great quality too. If you like the tight fit around the arms it’s the best and makes my shoulders look wider. Wear it to the gym or wherever. I’m a size large but I got my shirts in XL and it’s just right. And they have a huge selection Worth the wait

    Azad K.

  • “Very responsive CS, Excellent Quality”

Customer service was very responsive and helpful! I received my order and the shirts are very good quality, with bright designs. I can’t wait to wear them to the gym and tell my friends where I got them! Thank you so much!!

    Janis

  • “The best designs.”

The best designs. Great customer service and undeniable quality. Trusted brand that has been around the powerlifting scene for over a decade.

One-man operation

Designed, printed and packed by a lifter.

I’m Audie. I compete in powerlifting, and I’ve run Conquering Barbell out of Tennessee since 2013. I design it, print it and ship it. Every shirt is printed in-house after you order. No print farm, no middlemen. If something’s wrong with your order, you’re emailing the guy who made it.

The bar bends. You don’t.
