The Lift or Die Curls tee from Conquering Barbell features a massive snarling werewolf in shredded clothes curling heavy dumbbells in a cemetery under a full moon, under LIFT OR DIE with REP AFTER REP and CONQUERING BARBELL below. Real ones don't skip arm day, not even after dark.

Made on a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend for the right balance of softness and structure. Pre-shrunk and lightweight so it holds up through hard training and looks sharp long after the session is over.

    Really comfortable shirt for the big boys. I got the 3XL (I currently weight 305lbs standing at 6'1") and it fits perfectly. A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL.
