Holiday Production & Shipping Notice

All items are made to order.

• Apparel: Production time is 7–10 business days after your payment clears.
• Flags: Production time is 10–14 business days after your payment clears.

Please keep in mind that holiday volume and USPS/UPS delays may extend transit times once your order ships.

 

Thank You for Your Patience – New Equipment Install (May 27–June 1, 2025)

I’m installing new printing equipment at Conquering Barbell to level up print quality and consistency. As a one-man operation printing, packing, and shipping in-house, this setup is causing a short delay.

All pending orders are expected to ship by Monday, June 2, 2025.

Payments must clears the bank before your order is shipped. Items are printed and shipped as soon as the payment clears. Apparel ships out in 7-10 business days.

For flags, there is a 10-14 business days to make, print and ship out the flags.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Conquering Barbell cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

International shipments can take up to 1 to 4+ weeks for delivery after being dispatched to the postal service.

**It is the buyer's responsibility to input their correct shipping address. Shipments that are "returned to sender", the buyer will have to pay to re-ship the package.

**Loss or Stolen packages are not our responsibility, you will need to ensure you have a safe and reliable location for your package when they arrive to you. 

Since our products are printed and shipped in-house. We process orders in order they were received. First in, first out.

**Priority Mail Service (option) - This is only available based on the total weight of your order. This is not to be chosen in hopes of bypassing other orders. 

During the busy holiday shopping season, shipments may take up to 10 business days to ship out. We try to print and ship all orders as fast as we can. But, don't you worry, the wait will be worth it. 

NOTE: All international orders outside of the U.S. are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis which means you will be responsible for any import duties (and/or taxes) charged by your country when the product is delivered to you. Every country has different requirements and it is not something we estimate or can advise on.
