Old rule, new load. The Chop Wood. Carry Kids tee from Conquering Barbell features a bull elk dad in a red flannel walking out of the pines with a laughing calf under each arm, the axe parked in a stump and the firewood already stacked. CHOP WOOD. CARRY KIDS runs top and bottom in cream and red slab lettering, with CONQUERING BARBELL and CONQUER THE WEIGHTS below. Printed large across the front for lifters who count the chores and the kids as part of the program.

Made on a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend for the right balance of softness and structure. Pre-shrunk and lightweight so it holds up through hard training and looks sharp long after the session is over.
