Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes! We ship Worldwide with USPS (United States Postal Service).
We are not responsible for paying the taxes in your country. You pay the taxes in your own country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
**As of recent, there are more orders than usual, so it is taking time to fulfill all orders. The brand is still a one-man operation behind the scenes. Each apparel are hand printed by me. I apologize for this delay. Also, life happens; for example recent deaths in my family or sickness. This may also caused a delay in shipment. But please do understand, your order will be taken care off. Thank you
***Flag orders - some of the flag orders were delayed due to a production delay by the US flag shop. A new queue system was installed and caused production delays, the shop is now back to normal operation and flags are being made daily. Thank you
Each order takes 2-5 business days to be fulfilled, then is shipped with USPS. US orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered after fulfillment and International orders take 7-21 business days for delivery after fulfillment.
During the busy holiday shopping season, shipments may take up to 10 business days to ship out. We try to print and ship all orders as fast as we can. But, don't you worry, the wait will be worth it.
Most items are printed and shipped in-house.
I'm not sure which size to choose for my order, do you guys have a size chart?

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If a product does not work out for any reason within 14 days of ship date (item must be in new and sellable condition - must not be washed or tags cut off), you may happily send it back for an exchange or store credit.
INSTRUCTIONS: Just write a note on the packing slip the order came with and send it back to the address supplied with your shipment. Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.

Due to the limited number of items we make per design, all items once sold and delivered will not be available for a refund. We are more than happy however to exchange that item or issue store credit. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges. If you must do a 100% return for refund, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If you order a flag and cancel there is a 25% restocking fee. Flags are made to order.
Will my International Order incur a customs fee?
Not all International orders will have a customs fee but some may depending on your country of residence. This depends on size of package, country limits, order value and variety of other factors. Customers will be responsible for any customs fee.
I need to change something on My Order. How can I do that?
If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, please contact us immediately. We process most orders within 2-5 hours, and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards securely through Stripe. Both of them are regarded as the top payment processing platforms on the internet and both are very secure.
Note: If payment is made with E-Check through PayPal, the order will remain on-hold until the E-Check clears.
How Do I Care for My T-shirt?
All of Conquering Barbell t-shirts, tank tops, crew necks and hoodies should be washed inside out, in warm water and tumbled dry on low heat or hang to air dry. For more specific instructions, please refer to the washing instructions printed on each shirt’s label.
How is your apparel made?
We use eco-friendly, water based Inks to print our apparel. This gives the apparel a softer, more comfortable feel compared to traditional screen print but it is just as durable. Some of our older prints were done with traditional screen printing techniques.
If you notice any off-white residue on your t-shirt when you receive it, don’t worry! This is special solution we use for printing and will come off after the first wash cycle.
