We estimate your chest from your height, weight and build, add the room you asked for, then match it to this garment's measured chest width. It's a starting point, not a guarantee — the surest check is to lay a shirt you already love flat and compare it on the Size chart tab.

Gainzilla

The largest, strongest, dinogainzorus in the world. It will move weights and buildings easily. It also happens to love to eat those 45 lb steel plates.

We print on unisex fitted-cut tees. If you fall in between two sizes, we recommend buying the larger one. See the sizing chart for more info.

Printed on highest quality, 90% cotton, 10% polyester this shirt is breathable and feels comfortable while training. Printed in the U.S.A.

Every order is printed after you place it. Tees, tanks and hoodies ship in 7–10 business days (after the payment clears). Flags ship in 10–14 business days (after the payment clears). Weekends and holidays don’t count.

A little help with the fit

Find your fit. Then chase the PR.

Like it snug on the arms? Room to breathe under the bar? Start with a shirt you already love.

  1. 1

    Lay your favorite shirt flat.

Measure straight across, armpit to armpit. That's the chest width.

  2. 2

    Check the length.

Measure from the back collar seam straight down to the bottom hem.

  3. 3

    Match it to ours.

Compare with our garment measurements, or let Find my size do the math.

In their words

  • “Fits the big boys.”

Really comfortable shirt for the big boys. I got the 3XL (I currently weight 305lbs standing at 6'1") and it fits perfectly. A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL. Definitely recommend Conquering Barbell and will be back to purchase more.

    Stephen G.Pen Argyl, PA

  • “Print quality is excellent.”

Friggin awesome tee. The cotton-poly blend makes for the perfect fit and comfort. And the print quality is excellent. I will buy more tees soon.

    Roman V.Lubbock, TX

  • “Best fitting shirts.”

I ain’t gonna lie I have so many shirts in my closet I need to give stuff away to make room for more. But this brand makes the best fitting shirts I have bought ever! Great quality too. If you like the tight fit around the arms it’s the best and makes my shoulders look wider. Wear it to the gym or wherever. I’m a size large but I got my shirts in XL and it’s just right. And they have a huge selection Worth the wait

    Azad K.

  • “The fit makes you look jacked.”

I ordered a shirt from Conquering Barbell, and the quality is fantastic! The fit makes you look jacked, and the fabric is super comfortable. I had a shipping problem (not their fault), and Audie took care of me right away. I will for sure be ordering again!!!

    Sean B.

  • “Quality Product.”

Excellent communication from the seller, the product shipped really quickly and were perfect. You can tell they take their time making the shirts because the logos were centered and exactly as pictured. Will be a great addition to anyone’s gym fit.

    Barry N.

  • “I love every single one of them.”

I want to start by saying that Audie is awesome with great customer service. I love the quality of the prints and the shirts. I’ve purchased literally a total 35 t-shirts and 1 hoodie from Conquering Barbell (multiple separate orders), and I love every single one of them, no issues whatsoever. People don’t understand that as a 1-man operation taking care of everything it may take a little longer than usual, but definitely the wait is worth it. Love your brand and it’s definitely my #1 choice when buying t-shirts inspired by powerlifting. For sure WILL continue supporting this brand 🔥

    Carlos F.

  • “Shirt fits perfect.”

Amazing service, shirt fits perfect. Good shirt to work out in doesn’t give at all. Stays form fitting.

    Bernieishere

  • “Great flags.”

Great flags that give my garage gym a cool atmosphere. High quality shirts that are comfy and look great

One-man operation

Designed, printed and packed by a lifter.

I’m Audie. I compete in powerlifting, and I’ve run Conquering Barbell out of Tennessee since 2013. I design it, print it and ship it. Every shirt is printed in-house after you order. No print farm, no middlemen. If something’s wrong with your order, you’re emailing the guy who made it.

The bar bends. You don’t.
