Exchanges Policy

If a product does not work out for any reason within 14 days of ship date (item must be in new and sellable condition - must not be washed or tags cut off), you may happily send it back for an exchange or store credit.Postage costs to be covered by customer unless an error was made on our end. Please email us for return / exchange approval. 

International Customers (Outside the United States) - Due to the high rates on shipping cost. Please email us before sending back the item(s).

All sales are final on "Mystery Box" items/deals.

INSTRUCTIONS: Just write a note on the packing slip the order came with and send it back to the address supplied with your shipment. Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.

Due to the limited number of items we make per design, all items once sold and delivered will not be available for a refund. We are more than happy however to exchange that item or issue store credit. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges.

If you order the "wrong size" and need an exchange, you will have to pay for a 25% restocking fee per item. Apparel and Flags are made to order.

If you must do a 100% return for refund (Buyer's Remorse), there is a 50% restocking fee. Apparel are made to order. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If you order a flag and cancel there is a 25% restocking fee. Flags are made to order.
