Cardio Is a Side Quest - Tee

The main quest is on the bar. The Cardio Is a Side Quest tee from Conquering Barbell features a green dragon in a lifting belt holding a loaded bar at lockout in a dungeon gym, treasure chest at his side, while a treadmill sits ignored in the corner under a glowing quest marker. CARDIO IS A SIDE QUEST runs top and bottom in cream and emerald lettering with a gold shadow, with CONQUERING BARBELL and CONQUER THE WEIGHTS below. Printed large across the front for lifters who know exactly which quest pays out.

Made on a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend for the right balance of softness and structure. Pre-shrunk and lightweight so it holds up through hard training and looks sharp long after the session is over.

  • 60% cotton / 40% polyester blend, soft feel with lasting shape
  • Moisture-wicking and lightweight for high-intensity training
  • Pre-shrunk fabric for a consistent fit after every wash
  • Large full-color front graphic with premium print quality
  • Classic unisex crew neck and short-sleeve cut
  • Printed to order in-house in Tennessee
  • Available in Black and Navy

Every order is printed after you place it. Tees, tanks and hoodies ship in 7–10 business days (after the payment clears). Flags ship in 10–14 business days (after the payment clears). Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Priority Mail shows at checkout when your order’s weight qualifies. It speeds up delivery, not printing.

To prolong the lifespan of your Conquering Barbell apparel we recommend the following care process.

  • Launder/wash cold with like colors
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry

The relaxed fit one I got recently is the perfect pump cover/extra layer for me. In Alaska the gym can feel cool at times and I hate being cold when I train. Mississippi boy. I just order 3 more. CB versus erbody

THE BEST brand on the market hands down. Walks the walk and talks the talk. Amazing art work and design too. Fits perfectly and just like the guy above saying they abuse the shirts in the gym, same lol.

In their words

  • “Fits the big boys.”

Really comfortable shirt for the big boys. I got the 3XL (I currently weight 305lbs standing at 6'1") and it fits perfectly. A little breathing room so on and so forth and it hangs lower than your normal tee. If you're about my size and want a tighter fit I would recommend the 2XL. Definitely recommend Conquering Barbell and will be back to purchase more.

    Stephen G.Pen Argyl, PA

  • “Print quality is excellent.”

Friggin awesome tee. The cotton-poly blend makes for the perfect fit and comfort. And the print quality is excellent. I will buy more tees soon.

    Roman V.Lubbock, TX

  • “Best fitting shirts.”

I ain’t gonna lie I have so many shirts in my closet I need to give stuff away to make room for more. But this brand makes the best fitting shirts I have bought ever! Great quality too. If you like the tight fit around the arms it’s the best and makes my shoulders look wider. Wear it to the gym or wherever. I’m a size large but I got my shirts in XL and it’s just right. And they have a huge selection Worth the wait

    Azad K.

  • “Shirt came and was perfect.”

Emailed them with questions. Audie got back to me asap. He answered all my questions and let me pick a different color that he didn’t have listed. Super appreciative of the customer service. Shirt came and was perfect. Can’t wait to wear it at the gym! High quality everything with this company!

    Michael S.

  • “Very responsive CS, Excellent Quality”

Customer service was very responsive and helpful! I received my order and the shirts are very good quality, with bright designs. I can’t wait to wear them to the gym and tell my friends where I got them! Thank you so much!!

  • “Exceeded Expectations!”

Just received my order (3 flags & 2 tee shirts) & was genuinely surprised at how good the quality is. The flags themselves feel high quality, the black background is dark and the material feels substantial. The image on the flags is vivid & sharp with no “bleed over” at the edges of the image. The tee shirts again feel substantial. The images are sharp and vivid with a thickness to them that feels like the print will last. I ordered size L in the oversized tee’s and wasn’t sure how over sized they would be. I was pleasantly surprised that for my build they actually fit comfortably snug in the chest / back / arms & trim in the waist. (For context 5’9, 195)

All in all, the quality exceeded what I was expecting & I will absolutely be ordering again soon. . Also & important to me, Audie (the owner) was extremely responsive in answering my emails even at evening hours. Great purchase for me.

    Anthony P.

  • “Best shirts ever.”

Best shirts ever and super fast shipping!!! And the customer service is outstanding. 10/10 would recommend.

One-man operation

Designed, printed and packed by a lifter.

I’m Audie. I compete in powerlifting, and I’ve run Conquering Barbell out of Tennessee since 2013. I design it, print it and ship it. Every shirt is printed in-house after you order. No print farm, no middlemen. If something’s wrong with your order, you’re emailing the guy who made it.

The bar bends. You don’t.
